The Lions Clubs International D204 District Governor’s, Inauguration Cabinet Officers, and Chairpersons Installation Ceremony & District 31st Anniversary held October 8, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Guam Hotel with its theme "Lions in Royalty" was a success! Three members from the Guahan Isan Famagu’on Lions Clubs were installed, including RC1 Lion Patti Quichocho; MJF; Reading Action Program Chair Lion Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera, MJF; and Reading Action Program Co-Chair Mae M.C. Mendiola, MJF. 1st VP Lion Julie Garcia, MJF also received a special award, namely “Lion Year 2022-2023 Global Membership Approach (GMA) Lion of the Year for Membership Growth.” Moreover, GIFLC received the the Club Excellence Award for Lion Year 2022-2023 for ALL the work, effort, services (Vision, Diabetes, Hunger, Diabetes, Childhood Cancer, Youth, Disaster, Humanitarian and others), Reading Action Program’s virtual themed Story Hour, publishing our events in social media, meetings, trainings, GAT participations, contributions to LCIF, dues, in-kind donations, fellowships, and so much more!
