The 3D LASER CUT PUZZLES Activity held on Thursday, 17th August 2023 at the District 204 Office, Region 1 was a success! It was a joint YOUTH SERVICE project in collaboration with Guahan Isan Famagu’on Lions Club and Guam Harmony Lions Club.
Guåhan Isan Famagu’on Lions Club CUBS and L.LEOS (13 children) with DG Blanca’s CUB grandchildren (2) were all excited and had a grand time putting together their choice puzzles: Airplane, Butterfly, Monster Truck, and Spider.
The 2 Presenters .. a brother and sister team: ARYAN 17, & ALIYA 16, PATEL, Cypress Springs High School in Houston, Texas .. with their mom Katherine Hodges .. showcased their STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) Project, a fundraising opportunity at their school that will allocate the 3D Laser Cut Puzzle KITS and give to children who’ve experienced emotional distress (hurricanes, familial circumstances .. Typhoon 🌀 Mawar here on the Island of Guam .. etc). They wanted to share the Project on Guam while visiting family.

All participants were presented with a CERTIFICATE .. as a Presenter * Participant * Parent/Guardian * Lion Member. Also treated to Wendy’s Meal Packs (provided by IPP EWY.T and RC1 PattiQ)
