Diabetes Information Session - Oct. 20

The Diabetes Foundation of Guam, Inc. provided an information session on October 20, 2022 regarding the CHW certification and expectations, training dates and the overall benefits of the Family-Centered Diabetes Self-Management Education & Support program.  GIFLC members and others in the audience found it to be a valuable program.  Enjoy the following snapshots of this session!
